All graphical content and logos are due by April 25, 2025. Sponsorships can be purchased on the Exhibitor Registration Site, MapYourShow, when exhibitor registration is open. If you have questions about submitting your logo or video, contact laura.dionisio@dllgroup.com.

| Premium Show Sponsor (includes use of Club Suite) |
1 | $3,000 | Premium sponsors are the highest level of supporters for this event. As a Premium sponsor, you get to show a show sponsor logo poster, a logo of video walls, and a video. You will have access to a private Club Suite for entertaining your customers. Sponsor is responsible for submitting their logo to Laura Dionisio (laura.dionisio@dllgroup.com) by April 25th. Files must be in a JPG, PNG, EPS, PSD or AI format. Video files must be master-quality video with an HD quality data rate and should be sized 1280 pixels wide x 720 pixels high with no sound. Acceptable video formats are MOV – ProRes or high-quality H.264 (recommended), MPG, or M4V. ISPE will NOT accept WMV or AVI files. |
| Exhibition Stage Sponsor | 2 | $1,500 | Your company logo and name will be displayed on printed signage at the high-traffic exhibitor stage and on video monitors throughout the Exhibit Hall. Sponsor is responsible for submitting their logo no later than April 25th, 2025, to Laura Dionisio (Laura.Dionisio@dllgroup.com). Files must be in a JPG, PNG, EPS, PSD or AI format. |
| Stadium Tour Sponsor | 2 | $750 | Tours of Lincoln Financial Field, “Home of the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles,” will be available to attendees. The Super Bowl Trophy will be on display for this tour. As the sponsor of these tours, we will display signage with your company name and logo at the tour sign-up table and recognition on video monitors throughout the venue. |
| Rest Zone | 2 | $600 | Sponsor an area right off the exhibit hall in the Eagles stands (exact location TBD) where attendees can chat with colleagues, relax between visiting booths or make phone calls. Your company logo and name will be displayed on printed signage at the entrance of the rest zone and on video monitors throughout the Exhibit Hall. Sponsor is responsible for submitting their logo no later than Friday, April 25th, 2024, to Laura Dionisio (Laura.Dionisio@dllgroup.com). Files must be in a JPG, PNG, EPS, PSD or AI format. |
| Water Bottle Sponsor | 1 | $500 | Your company supplies reusable water bottles with your company logo for attendees to use throughout the event for fill-ups at the water stations. Your logo will also be displayed on video monitors throughout the Exhibit Hall. |
| Lanyards | 1 | $750 | Your company-supplied branded lanyard for attendee badges will be handed out at registration to all attendees. Your logo will also be displayed on video monitors throughout the Exhibit Hall. |
| Media Walls Logo | Unlimited | $300 | The LINC’s Media Walls are large screens throughout the Symposium floor and are hard to miss! Your company’s logo will display for 10 seconds and rotate all day. Add whatever info you’d like, from your logo and table number to your presentation time on the Exhibition Stage to ensure attendees know where to find you! The sponsor is responsible for submitting their media wall file to Laura Dionisio(Laura.Dionisio@dllgroup.com) by April 25, 2025. Files must be 1280 pixels wide x 720 pixels high and must be a JPG, PNG, EPS, PSD, or AI format. |
| Media Walls Video | Unlimited | $600 | The LINC’s Media Walls are large screens throughout the Symposium floor and are hard to miss! Your company’s logo will display for 30 seconds and rotate all day. Add whatever info you’d like, from your logo and table number to your presentation time on the Exhibition Stage, and ensure attendees know where to find you! The sponsor is responsible for submitting their media wall file no later than Friday, April 25th, 2025, to Laura Dionisio (Laura.Dionisio@dllgroup.com). Video files must be master-quality video with an HD quality data rate and should be sized 1280 pixels wide x 720 pixels high with no sound. | Non-Alcoholic Beverage Sponsor | 2 | $750 | Your company logo and name will be displayed on printed signage at the Beverage Stations and on video monitors throughout the Exhibit Hall. Sponsor is responsible for submitting their logo no later than Friday, April 25th, 2024, to Laura Dionisio (Laura.Dionisio@dllgroup.com). Files must be in a JPG, PNG, EPS, PSD or AI format. |
| Networking Event Sponsor | 1 | $1,750 | Your company will be the sole sponsor of the Network Event. You can set up a floor-standing banner at the event. Company logo and name will be displayed on boards during the event and on video monitors throughout the show venue. |
| Eagles Cheerleaders Sponsor | 1 | $750 | Everyone enjoys pictures with the cheerleaders! Your company logo and name will be displayed on printed signage and on video monitors throughout the Exhibit Hall. |
| Headshot Photo Sponsor | 2 | $1,000 | A professional photographer will be on site to take headshot photos. Your company logo and name will be displayed on printed signage and video monitors throughout the Exhibit Hall. Sponsor is responsible for submitting their logo no later than Friday, April 25th, 2025, to Laura Dionisio(Laura.Dionisio@dllgroup.com). Files must be in a JPG, PNG, EPS, PSD or AI format. |
| Entrance Escalator Signage | 2 | $750 | Make yourself visible to every attendee entering the Symposium and place up to a 2.75′ wide x 6.5′ tall free-standing sign on the entrance escalator landing or the second escalator. The exhibitor is responsible for the production, setup, and breakdown of the sign on the day of the Show. Placement of your sign will be coordinated prior to the Show with ISPE DVC and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| Career Fair Suite | 10 | $250 | Individual skybox suite for the recruiting fair includes rental, cleaning fees, and power for the TV. Optional catered food and drinks are available upon request for an additional fee through LFC’s catering company. Companies may only use the suites for Career Fair-related activities. Your company logo and name will be displayed on printed signage outside the career fair, on social media, eblast promotions, and the Symposium website.
