Add whatever info you’d like, from your logo and table number to your presentation time on the Exhibition Stage to ensure attendees know where to find you! The sponsor is responsible for submitting their media walls file to Jill Clark (jill.clark@crbgroup.com) by April 1st. Files must be 1280 pixels wide x 720 pixels high and must be a JPG, PNG, EPS, PSD or AI format. |

The LINC’s Media Walls are large screens throughout the symposium floor and they are hard to miss! Your company’s logo will display for 30 seconds and will rotate all day long. Add whatever info you’d like, from your logo and table number to your presentation time on the Exhibition Stage, and ensure attendees know where to find you! The sponsor is responsible for submitting their media walls file to Jill Clark (jill.clark@crbgroup.com) by April 1st. Video files must be master-quality video with an HD quality data rate and should be sized 1280 pixels wide x 720 pixels high with no sound. Acceptable video formats are MOV – ProRes or high-quality H.264 (recommended), MPG, or M4V. ISPE will NOT accept WMV or AVI files. Due to the large size of the video files, the company must contact Jill when ready to submit its video and she will provide Dropbox information for the video uploading. |
